When you interact with a business that uses our automated messaging system, we may collect your name, your message content, your Facebook or Instagram user ID, the time and date of your message, and any information you voluntarily provide. We do not collect payment information, passwords, or sensitive personal data.
Information is used solely to respond to your inquiry on behalf of the business you contacted, log your inquiry so the business owner can follow up, and improve automated response accuracy. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties except the business you contacted and tools required to operate the system.
Lead information is stored in secure cloud-based systems accessible only to the business owner and our agency. Data is retained for up to 12 months unless earlier deletion is requested.
When our systems interact with Facebook or Instagram on behalf of a business, we access only the data necessary to receive and respond to messages. We comply fully with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

Instant Lead Relay builds and operates automated messaging systems for small businesses. When you message a business using our system, your message is processed automatically, an AI-generated response is sent on behalf of the business, your inquiry is logged, and you may receive follow-up messages.
Automated responses may not always reflect the most current information about a business's offerings or availability. Always confirm important details directly with the business owner before making purchasing decisions.
You may opt out of automated follow-up messages at any time by replying STOP. Your request will be processed within 24 hours.
You may not use our messaging systems to send spam, attempt to bypass automation logic, harass business owners, or violate any applicable laws or Meta platform policies.
Instant Lead Relay is not liable for any decisions made based on automated message responses. We are a technology service provider operating on behalf of independent business owners.

If you have interacted with any messaging system operated by Instant Lead Relay, you have the right to request that your data be deleted from our systems.
Option 1 — Email
Send an email to instantleadrelay@gmail.com with subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include your full name and either your Facebook profile URL or the approximate date you messaged the business.
Option 2 — Reply to any message
Reply to any automated message you received with the text: DELETE MY DATA
Option 3 — Direct message
Send a direct message to the Facebook Page or Instagram account you originally contacted with: DELETE MY DATA
We will confirm receipt within 48 hours. Your data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days. Any scheduled follow-up messages will be cancelled immediately upon request.
